Cancellation policy ~ Deposits/payments are non-refundable unless we are able to "re-book" the cottage.
In the event you must cancel your reservations, we will make every attempt to "re-book" your reserved dates thus refunding deposits/payments, less a 25% handling fee. ... OR**... we can apply your deposit/payment to alternate reservation dates - less a $25 re-booking fee. (**some restrictions apply during peak vacation weeks)
