► Reservations are accepted and confirmed with a deposit of $75.00 per night.
Balance and due date will be posted to your confirmation notice.

Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. Reservation requests within
14 days of arrival will require payment in full to confirm.
►
We accept MasterCard and Visa or Personal Checks.

Cancellation Policy –
Deposits/payments
are
non-refundable unless we are able to "re-book" the cottage.
In the event you must cancel your
reservations, we will make every attempt to "re-book" your reserved dates, thus
offering 2 options:
1) refunding deposits/payments, less a 25% handling fee

applying

to alternate reservation dates, less a $25 re-booking fee.
