► Reservations are accepted and confirmed with a deposit of $75.00 per night.

Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. Balance and due date will be posted to
your confirmation notice.

We accept MasterCard and Visa or Personal Checks.

Cancellation Policy –
Deposits/payments
are
non-refundable unless we are able to "re-book" the cottage.
In the event you must cancel your
reservations, we will make every attempt to "re-book" your reserved dates, thus
offering 2 options:
1) refunding deposits/payments, less a 25% handling fee

applying
deposits/payments**
to alternate reservation dates, less a $25 re-booking fee.

restrictions apply during peak vacation weeks)
