Many of our guests bring their dogs along ~ spending the day with their "best friends" ~ and utilizing this outstanding facility, where their dogs can sleep at night.

LATE CHECK-OUT: We offer a 6:00pm check-out (additional $75) when availability allows (advance request required)

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the cottages (Receptacles are provided for smoking OUTSIDE)

Guests are responsible for any damages to the cottages and/or contents (including any items removed from the cottages)
Damaged or lost items will be charged to credit card for cost of repair or replacement

Sorry... we cannot accommodate or allow pets

There is no daily maid service, however fresh towels will be provided for extended stays

Cooking inside the cottages is permitted using ONLY the appliances provided (or a crock pot)
**Insurance regulations prohibit the use of electric skillets, woks, roasters or other appliances INSIDE the cottages

Reservations are confirmed with a deposit of $75.00 per night (with balance payment due 14 days prior to arrival)

Cancellation Policy - deposits/payments are non-refundable unless we are able to "re-book" the cottage. In the event you must cancel your reservations, we will make every attempt to "re-book" your reserved dates, thus offering 2 options: 1) refunding deposits/payments, less a 25% handling fee OR 2) applying deposits/payments to alternate reservation dates, less a $25 re-booking fee.

Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival date - - Personal check, MasterCard & Visa accepted

Upon check-in: Registration will include credit card authorization for security deposit
