SUNAPEE HARBOR COTTAGES - Lake Sunpaee NH - The ultimate cottage accommodations located in the perfect location with charming lake-side cottage style.

Since we opened (January 2002), we have observed and learned a great deal about hospitality, while listening to our guests' special requests. Thus... we continually enhance our menu of services/amenities, offering these conveniences for our guests ~ while striving to maintain our goal and status of providing the "ultimate" accommodations in the Lake Sunapee region.

Until recently, we had our own very special coffee... a unique blend, locally roasted and freshly ground. The local company providing our coffee blend is no longer in the area and thus, we are in the process of seeking an alternative supplier. In the meantime, we have procured a suitable substitution to provide for our guests. The complimentary packet of this gourmet coffee yields 10 cups. (we also provide refrigerated creamers and an assortment of sweeteners) ~~ Enjoy!

Wireless Internet Access

Our guests can stay in touch globally with access to our convenient and secure wireless, high-speed internet - available in each cottage or anywhere on our property. We provide our guests with a pass-code for the "Cottage Connection" for use with wireless compatible laptops. In the event your laptop is not "wireless" capable, we can also provide a wireless card for use during your stay.

Rather than rent a boat to enjoy the sparkling clear waters of Lake Sunapee... you can bring your OWN boat! The boat slips are conveniently located just across our little village road at a private residence and we provide space to park your trailer right here on our property. The boat slips are available ONLY for use by our guests and MUST be reserved in advance. There is a minimal fee to utilize a boat slip and reservations are confirmed based upon availability.

Catered Meals - served in your Cottage (available during winter seasons ONLY)

That's right! . . . savory meals delivered to your cottage ~ awaiting your arrival!
This convenient option is a particularly welcoming treat when: (for example) guests have worked all day... loaded up the car (and family)... driven through a few hours of (sometimes heavy) skier-traffic... then able to unload and relax upon arrival, dining by the fire at their leisure!
Order online from our selection of wonderfully delicious meals (we call "comfort food"!), prepared and delivered to your cottage. Opening the door to your cottage ~ you will be greeted by the fragrant aroma of your awaiting dinner (like coming home!). All meals include salad, condiments and homemade bread. Scrumptious, homemade desserts are also on the catered meal menu. (some guests have been know to order dessert ONLY!)

Hospitality is our focus and exemplified by our exceptional guest services, assisting guests with their special requests and/or needs. Our concierge utilizes a vast network of resources to assist guests with everything from transportation and deliveries, to packaging romantic amenities and arranging tee-times. No request is too big or too small... yet limited to "appropriate" requests and resources. (our most unique request ~ 50 pink flamingos!)

Babysitting Services

We realize the value and "piece of mind" associated with a reliable sitter. The babysitter references we provide for our registered guests consist of experienced individuals with appropriate qualifications. Due to the personal nature of this service, we render assistance as liaison between families and sitters initially. We then find it is best for our guests to connect and communicate directly the sitters for their specific arrangements and requests.

Infant/Toddler Bedding

We have 1 full-size and 2 compact cribs plus 1 pack 'n play available for our guests upon request... these include linens and are set-up in the cottage prior to arrival. To reserve child bedding... select (check box) when submitting online reservation form. (or inquire by phone)
Crib/cradle rates: 1-3 day rate/$40 4-7 rate/$60

Ski Locker

Ahhhhh.... the convenience of leaving your skis at the mountain. We have just one locker - available on a first come/first serve basis. The locker can hold 6-7 pairs of skis/snowboards, is equipped with a combination lock and very convenient... located in outside alley - between ski rental shop and Spruce lodge. The rental rate* is $30/weekend (or 2 day period) and additional days are $10/each. (*with a limited number of lockers at the mountain... we pay a "premium" fee to maintain this amenity ~ so the rental fee helps just a bit to offset this expense)

Pet Boarding

Now our guests can bring their pets along on vacation, keeping them nearby for frequent interaction and quality time! We can recommend several nearby canine/feline facilities ~ which provide outstanding accommodations for the "other family members". Since we cannot allow pets at the cottages (particularly to assure protection of our guests with allergies to pet dander)... this alternative works quite nicely. Massage Therapy

Rejuvenate for the next day on the slopes ~ or just pamper yourself! Schedule an appointment with one of our exclusive, local massage therapists. Select your preference from the menu of techniques. Link here for menu of massage services and appointments. NOTE: some of our packages include massages.
PAMPERING NOTE: We can also arrange facials, manicures, pedicures and tanning during your stay.

Local Area Restaurants

Plan ahead! View menus and pricing at various local restaurants. Utilize this information to simply discover local dining establishments, or go ahead and make your reservations in advance. This feature is particularly helpful during peak holiday seasons. Our "frequent" guests receive a complimentary gift certificate* after spending 10 nights with us ~ and become a member of our "Circle-of-Friends" Club. (*applied toward future stays at our cottages)

Spa Treatments

Treat yourself or someone special to a day of pampering! Spa treatment options include: manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, body wraps and more. Select one or all of the available treatments to create a Custom Package combined with your stay at our cottages. LINK for Custom Packages

We offer a variety of seasonal packages and a selection of packages are posted on our website LINK to packages However... we specialize in creating "custom packages" appropriately suited for individual guests/groups. (and have made many men a "hero" - helping them surprise their wives!)
Spring and Fall VALUE Season provides HUGE discounts for thrifty travelers.

Stay & Ski packages bundle lodging with lift passes (and can include indulgent massages) for value and savings.

Mid-week and Value Ski packages feature "incentive discounts", generating the stimulus excuse for a romantic escape or a get-away to clear the senses!

Gift packages are our specialty and can include just about anything (flowers - dining - event tickets - etc)

The majority of our guests reserve customized packages, primarily a result of the options our cottage accommodations offer. For example: Stay & Ski packages must be configured relative to specific age of guests - and a cottage hosting 5 guests can have a multitude of possible variables.
